People often think their project can't wait another minute & has got to be done right now! We can't let those demands get to us. We can't only listen to everybody's clamour, we've got to seek the Lord about what needs to be done first, what the priorities are. Like Dad has so often said, the Lord doesn't put burdens on you that are too heavy to bear; you put them on yourself, or allow someone else to place them on you.
