Does someone pick up the slack for you?

Every winning team Home has to be made up of individuals who are each pulling their share of the load, spiritually and physically.

If your job is the dishes (or the garbage area, anything), then you've got to do that job to the best of your ability, giving it everything you've got, and bearing all your responsibilities in full so that someone else doesn't have to pick up the slack for you.

A winning team cannot be built on loafers or freeloaders.
- Loafers are people who laze around and don't give as much as they should.
- Freeloaders are those who are content to reap the benefits while they watch others doing most of the work.
